Claire is an acclaimed artist, illustrator and jeweller based in the heart of Ireland. She works predominantly in pencil, watercolours and oils and in precious metals.

Her work is inspired by songs, poetry and stories. Her pieces are full of imagination and meaning that touches the soul.

Claire is a Fine Art graduate of Limerick School of Art and Design where she specialised in Printmaking, and continued her studies in University College Dublin with a Masters in Cultural Policy and Arts Management and the National College of Art and Design where she studied Jewellery Design.

She has worked in the arts for over 15 years, working in National Galleries of Scotland and the Hugh Lane Gallery, and also engaged schools and community groups on a vast array of creative projects. She continues to teach, and share her love of art with a new generation of artists while continuing to work on her own practice as an artist.
